The NeoLNP™ RNA Transfection Kit for Primary Immune Cells (SDR2008) is a game-changer for primary immune cell transfection. Designed for Immunology Research: SDR2008 utilizes LNP non-viral vector technology to provide efficient RNA delivery for primary T cells and dendritic cells. Its simple operation and non-viral nature ensure high safety, suitable for preclinical and basic research. In human primary T cells, SDR2008 demonstrates superior transfection efficiency, with visible expression within 24 hours.

Human Primary T Cell Transfection: Using a 24-well plate, transfect with 1µg eGFP mRNA per well, followed by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry analysis after 24 hours.
